Shipping & Returns

We ship online orders with Canada Post but we do reserve the right to ship with a different third party courier based on the delivery address. We aim to have all orders shipped within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. At times {especially when something new is released} it can take a few extra days to leave the distillery. We appreciate your patience, it will be worth it! If we are shipping your order to Eastern or Western Canada, please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for receipt of order.

If you select store pick-up as your method of shipping, please be prepared to provide photo identification at the time of pick-up. We also do ask for proof of authorization from the purchaser if you are picking up on their behalf.

If you are for any reason not in love with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your order with proof of purchase.
