Ingredients

 ounces Dillon’s Rye Whisky
- 1
 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4
 ounce simple syrup {change the flavour up with the seasons}
- 2-3
 dashes Dillon’s Aromatic Bitters
- 1
 egg white
Dehydrated lemon wheel, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - In your cocktail shaker add the rye whisky, simple syrup, lemon juice, bitters and egg white. Dry shake (no ice) for 15-20 seconds. Add ice and shake again.
 - Step 2
 - Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
 - Step 3
 - Garnish & enjoy!
