 ounces Dillon’s Rose Gin
- 3/4
 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4
 - 5
 dashes Dillon’s Aromatic Bitters, for garnish
- 1
 egg white
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - In your cocktail shaker, combine Dillon’s Rose Gin, lemon juice, grenadine and egg white.
 - Step 2
 - Dry shake for 15-20 seconds. Add ice and shake again.
 - Step 3
 - Strain into a Champagne flute or vintage coupe glass.
 - Step 4
 - Garnish by dropping Aromatic Bitters into cocktail.
