 ounce Dillon’s Rose Gin

 ounce Niagara Grenadine
- 2
 scoops ice cream (vanilla or chocolate)
- 3
 ounces ginger beer
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - Fill a highball with your favourite vanilla or chocolate ice cream.
 - Step 2
 - Add the Rose Gin and Chocolate Liqueur.
 - Step 3
 - Top with ginger beer and give a quick stir.
 - Step 4
 - Drizzle with Niagara Grenadine.
