Ingredients
Rimming Salt*

 ounces Dillon’s Dry Gin 7 or Dillon’s Vodka
- 2
 dashes Dillon’s Hot Pepper Bitters
- 2-3
 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1
 teaspoon grated fresh horseradish
- 2
 shakes hot sauce, optional
- 4
 ounces tomato-clam juice
Garnish options: celery stalk, citrus wheel, pickles/pickled beans, shrimp, bacon etc
- *Rimming Salt
 - 1/4
 cup coarse salt
- 2
 tablespoons black pepper
- 1
 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2
 teaspoons chili powder
- 1
 teaspoon dried lemon zest
- 1/2
 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - Make the rimmer in an airtight container. It will keep. Rim your cocktail glass.
 - Step 2
 - Add all the above ingredients, minus the tomato-clam juice to your glass. Add ice and stir well to combine.
 - Step 3
 - Top with your tomato-clam juice of choice and stir again. Garnish with whatever your little heart desires.
