Ingredients

 ounces Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
- 3/4
 - 3
 dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
- 1/2
 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3
 ounces soda water
Fresh thyme, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - In a cocktail shaker add the gin, syrup, lemon juice and bitters. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
 - Step 2
 - Strain the cocktail into a Collins glass with fresh ice and top with soda water.
 - Step 3
 - Garnish with fresh thyme and enjoy!
