 ounces Dillon’s Rhubarb Gin
- 1/2
 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3
 ounces Casa Pinata Sparkling Strawberry Shrub
- 3
 - 5
 mint leaves, more for garnish
Fresh rhubarb, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - In your cocktail shaker add all the ingredients except for the sparkling shrub. Add ice & shake for 10-15 seconds.
 - Step 2
 - Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
 - Step 3
 - Top with the sparkling shrub, garnish and enjoy!
