 ounces Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22
- 1
 egg white
- 2
 dashes Dillon’s Lemon Bitters
- 0.5
 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 0.5
 ounce Elderflower Liqueur
Lemon peel, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - Add the ingredients to your cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 15-20 seconds.
 - Step 2
 - Add ice and shake again for another 15-20 seconds.
 - Step 3
 - Strain into a stemmed glass & garnish with lemon peel rolled into a flower.
 - Step 4
 - Enjoy!
