INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 ounces Dillon’s Gin {Dry Gin 7 or Unfiltered Gin 22}
- 1/2 ounce Dillon’s Black Tea & Bergamot Syrup
- 3 dashes Dillon’s Lemon Bitters
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white or 1 ounce aquafaba
- Loose leaf tea or lemon wheel, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1.Rim your coupe glass with loose leaf tea.
2. To your cocktail shaker add the gin, syrup, fresh juice, egg white and bitters. Dry shake for 20-30 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 15-20 seconds.
3. Strain into your rimmed coupe glass.
