Ingredients

 ounces Dillon’s Vodka
- 1/2
 - 3/4
 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2
 dashes Dillon’s Pear Bitters
- 3
 ounces Ginger Beer
Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish
Dehydrated lime wheel, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - In a shaking tin add the vodka, syrup, lime juice and bitters. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
 - Step 2
 - Strain into an ice filled glass or mule mug and top with ginger beer.
 - Step 3
 - Garnish & enjoy!
