 ounces Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22
- 1/2
 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2
 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4
 ounce simple syrup
- 1
 ounce 35% whipping cream
- 2
 dashes orange flower water
- 1
 - 3
 drops vanilla extract
- 3
 ounces soda water
lemon twist, to express over finished drink
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - Add all ingredients except the cream and the soda to a set of mixing tins and dry shake.
 - Step 2
 - Add heavy cream, a small amount of ice, and shake until ice is completely dissolved.
 - Step 3
 - Pour into a Collins glass and allow to settle for a few seconds.
 - Step 4
 - Poke the surface with a straw, then pour soda through the hole until the drink rises above the rim of the glass.
 - Step 5
 - Express a lemon twist over the drink, discard and serve.
