Gin & Winter Fruit = the perfect seasonal cocktail

It's a shame something as good as a pomegranate is only here for such a short time. They do make for some pretty tasty and enjoyable cocktails, like this one!

Ingredients

1 1/2

ounces Dillon’s Dry Gin 7

1

ounce pomegranate juice

1/2

ounce Dillon’s Classic Simple Syrup

1/2

ounce fresh lemon juice

2

ounces soda water

Pomegranate seeds, for garnish

How to prepare

Step 1
Add all of your ingredients {except the soda water} into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
Step 2
Strain into a chilled flute, top with soda water, garnish & enjoy!
