Ingredients

 ounces Dillon’s Pear Gin
- 1
 - 1
 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2-3
 dashes Dillon’s Pear Bitters
- 2-3
 ounces soda water
Dehydrated pear slice, for garnish
Fresh thyme or rosemary, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - In your cocktail shaker add gin, syrup, lemon juice and bitters. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
 - Step 2
 - strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice, top with soda water, garnish & enjoy!
