INGREDIENTS:
• 2 oz. Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
• 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Dillon’s Aromatic Bitters
• 1/2 oz. Dillon’s Peach & Lavender Syrup
• 1/2 oz. egg white (or aquafaba)
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. In your shaker add all the above ingredients.
2. Dry shake + then wet shake with ice for 20-30 seconds.
3. Strain into coupe glass.
4. Enjoy!
