Ingredients

2

ounces Dillon’s Vodka, infused with GoodLeaf Mustard Greens & Black Peppercorns

1

ounce Dillon’s Dry Vermouth

2

dashed Dillon’s Lemon Bitters {optional for added brightness}

Beet pickled pearl onion, for garnish

How to prepare

Step 1
Make the infused vodka.*In a dry pan, gently toast black peppercorns to warm them up and excite the oils (2 minutes medium heat). Coarsely break up the peppercorns in a mortal and pestle and then add this, the mustard greens and vodka to an airtight glass container and allow to sit for 48 hrs. Strain through cheese cloth into a clean bottle and set aside.
Step 2
Add spirits to a chilled mixing glass and fill the glass ¾ of the way to the top with good quality ice.
Step 3
Stir with a bar spoon for 10-12 seconds, until the glass is frosted and cold to the touch.
Step 4
Strain into your favourite chilled martini glass and garnish with pickled onion.
