 ounces Prosecco {or dry Niagara sparkling wine}

 ounce soda water

 Fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
Fresh lemon wheel, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - In your wine glass, gently muddle mint leaves with bitters.
 - Step 2
 - Add elderflower liqueur, and soda water along with ice & stir to combine.
 - Step 3
 - Top with sparkling wine and stir again.
 - Step 4
