 ounces Dillon’s Rose Gin
- 1/4
 ounce Dillon’s Gentian Liqueur
- 1/4
 - 2
 dashes Dillon’s Fennel Bitters {optional}
- 1
 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1
 egg white
Dehydrate lemon wheel, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - In your cocktail shaker add all the ingredients and dry shake for 20-30 seconds. Add ice and shake again.
 - Step 2
 - Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish & enjoy!
