 ounces Dillon’s Rhubarb Gin
- 3/4
 ounce simple syrup
- 3
 dashes Dillon’s Fennel Bitters
- 3/4
 ounce fresh lemon juice
Rhubarb curl and fennel frond, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - Add the ingredients to your cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 15-20 seconds.
 - Step 2
 - Add ice and shake again for another 15-20 seconds.
 - Step 3
 - Strain into a stemmed glass & garnish with rhubarb curl and fennel frond.
 - Step 4
 - Enjoy!
