Ingredients

 ounces cucumber infused Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22
- 1/2
 ounce Dillon’s Vodka
- 1/2
 ounce Lillet Blanc
- 3
 dashes Dillon’s Lime Bitters
- 3
 dashes Dillon’s Absinthe
Cucumber ribbon, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - Make the cucumber infused gin by adding 1 cucumber (chopped) to a jar with 500mL of Unfiltered Gin 22. Shake and leave to infuse for 3-4 days. Strain.
 - Step 2
 - Add the infused gin, vodka, Lillet Blanc, bitters and Absinthe to a shaker, add ice and shake.
 - Step 3
 - Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish.
 - Step 4
 - Enjoy!
