 ounces Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22
- 3/4

 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3
 dashes Dillon’s Peach Bitters
- 3
 ounces soda water
- 8
 blueberries, plus more for garnish
Fresh lemon wheel, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - In your cocktail shaker add the blueberries and lemon juice. Muddle.
 - Step 2
 - Then add the gin, syrup, bitters and ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds.
 - Step 3
 - Strain into an ice filled highball glass and top with soda water.
 - Step 4
 - Garnish & Enjoy!
