Ingredients:
2 ounces Dillon’s Rye Whisky
1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 ounce Honey Syrup
3 dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with large cubes. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
