 ounce Dillon’s Cherry Gin
- 1
 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1
 ounce Lillet Blanc
- 1
 ounce Dillon’s Orange Liqueur
- 1
 barspoon Dillon’s Absinthe
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - Put your favourite coupe glass in the freezer for one hour.
 - Step 2
 - Add the cherry gin, lemon juice, Lillet, orange liqueur and absinthe into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
 - Step 3
 - Strain into chilled coupe and garnish with orange peel.
 - Step 4
 - Garnish with orange peel or dried rose petals.
 - Step 5
 - Enjoy!
