INGREDIENTS:
- 4 fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish
- 1.5 ounces Dillon’s Melon Gin
- 3 dashes Dillon’s Orange Bitters
- 0.5 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3 ounces soda water
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. In your cocktail shaker add 4 fresh basil leaves and fresh lemon juice. Muddle to release oils from basil leaves.
2. Add the gin and bitters and fill with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain your cocktail in an ice filled Collins glass and top with soda water.
3. Garnish with basil & enjoy!
