INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 ounces Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
- 3/4 ounce Dillon’s Black Tea & Bergamot Syrup
- 3 dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3 ounces soda water
- Fresh thyme, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. In a cocktail shaker add the gin, syrup, lemon juice and bitters. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
2. Strain the cocktail into a Collins glass with fresh ice and top with soda water.
3. Garnish with fresh thyme and enjoy!
