Ingredients

 ounces Peach Brandy
- 1/2
 ounce simple syrup
- 3
 dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
- 1-2
 ounces soda water
Peach slice, for garnish
How to prepare
- Step 1
 - To your favourite rocks glass add the Peach Brandy, syrup and bitters. Stir well to combine.
 - Step 2
 - Fill your glass with crushed ice and top with soda water.
 - Step 3
 - Garnish and enjoy!
